Farewell Ottavios, Hello Ruth's Diner!!!

Last night was the sad end of a favorite Italian restaurant of ours here in Provo called Ottavios. Luckily we heard word a few days ago that the restaurant would be closing, so we went last night for one final meal. Ottavios has a special spot in our relationship, Craig and I went on our first nice date there and later that evening shared our first kiss. Goodbye Ottavios, you will be missed!

On a happier note, we have discovered a new favorite restaurant thanks to our cousin Katy. The restaurant is Ruth's Diner which is located up Emmigration Canyon in Salt Lake City, UT. We recommend going before 4 PM so you can still order from the breakfast menu and also so you can experience their amazing mile-high biscuits. However, the rolls served with the meals in the evening are also good. I have yet to taste anything bad there. You can chose to either sit inside or outside, both of which are very classy for a diner. If you live within an hour, or if you are ever visiting the area Ruth's is a MUST!!!

Note: Ottavios is not completely vanishing, their tomato basil soup as well as their pasta sauce is available under the name "Octavios" in Utah Costcos.
