There comes days in our lives when we are simply not at home to cook. On these days we tend to eat out, sad but true. Well, not so sad because we quite enjoy critiquing restaurants. Tonight we tried out the Chadder's that just opened on 900 East in Provo just north of Golds Gym.
We shared a hamburger and a fry. The menu is very simple, which we liked. The fries are cut fresh and then fried, a nice change from the norm. The burger is made up of a bun, onions (with the option of having them sauteed), leafs of lettuce (not shredded), burger, fry sauce, and some kind of chopped pickle/relish thing. We were not the biggest fans of the strong taste of the pickles and the caramelized onions (we liked the onions, it's just that they were almost too strong especially when paired with the pickles) because they nearly covered the taste of the burger itself. Overall we would give the fries 4 out of 5 and the burger would receive a 3.5 out of 5... but it could be better, maybe with no pickle or with 1/2 the onions or the onions not sauteed, who knows. I would like to note that the establishment was very clean and there was good service... expect to wait longer than you do at McDonals... they're actually cooking your meal. :)

I had Chadder's on Saturday, and I would definitely pick Burgers Supreme cheeseburger and fries over Chadder's anyday! I am still up for the idea of running to Burgers Supreme then eating there! Ha ha! We're excited for tonight!
